After the great success of our previous themed meetups, it’s time for a new adventure — this time we’re taking you on a trip across East Asia!✈️

Join us for an evening dedicated to Japan, South Korea, and China — their cultures, people, languages, and travel stories. Whether you’ve been there, plan to go, or simply love the vibe of these fascinating countries, this edition of our Travel Meetup will bring it all together in a cozy, international atmosphere.

At the entrance, you’ll receive your wristband, a welcome drink voucher, and a special Icebreaker Card — themed around one of the three countries. The Icebreaker Game will once again help everyone connect quickly and easily — this time with a fun East Asian twist! There will be two options:

1. ’Build your Perfect Japanese Garden’, it’s a team game for up to 4 players in each team. (Full game rules will be displayed at the entrance via QR code.). The most ’precious’ garden wins a prize.

2. Hunt for your “lost twin” (or maybe even triplets or quadruplets!) who share the same ’Triad’ or ’Yakuza’ card and post a picture in our group chat. We’ll give a prize to the largest and and most popular ’family’;)

Dress Code: we get back to the classy and elegant format of our classic INTERNATIONAL PARTY — wear something black, red or blue, inspired by Soho Rooms call for elegance for this MeetUp.

Ok, we don’t wont to spoil the surprise, there will be more, and you’ll find it out at the party, what else is important to know?
People from all nationalities, all countries, all religious or political belief are welcome including of course locals from our beloved capital, Moscow, and all around Russia.

Soho Rooms Club is the perfect venue for this event, known for its high-end atmosphere and stunning decor. Guests will have access to the club’s exclusive MIE areas, where they can enjoy a wide range of delicious cocktails and premium drinks. Since we expect a very high attendance, the event will start in the bar area and later in the evening we’ll move to the POOL TERRACE upstairs or to the EVENT HALL.

The entrance fee of 1000 rub. (500 rub. before 20:00) is payable in cash at the door and includes a complimentary welcome drink. Guests must also mention the password "INTERNATIONAL" at the entrance in order to gain entry and, we kindly ask you to have at least a piece of clothing related to our theme (BLACK, RED or BLUE). Mind the style of our meetup, dress up classy and elegant, come alone or with friends, and enjoy a pleasant ’international’ night.

Party plan — We’ll start our meetup in the bar area at 19:00, at the entrance you’ll be given 3 things: 
- The party wristband granting access to our reserved areas and tables
- A welcome drink voucher
- A special card that you’ll need for the ICE BREAKER GAME.

During the party you’ll have plenty of time to socialize, get acquainted and practice languages with all other guests. Then, later in the evening, we’ll move to the pool terrace to dance, still keeping the bar area for us for the whole night as a chill-out area.

All the rules of the ICE BREAKER GAMES will be available at the entrance (there will be a display with a link or a QR code to scan linking to a webpage with all the rules and details).
